It is no overstatement to say that Mindee has changed my work life. After several years of struggling with slowness and other buggy issues with my site, Mindee completely reworked it, simplifying it, finding errors and issues we didn’t even know we had, providing me with a clean start that’s going to let my site and its stats soar!

Mindee is easy to work with. She’s calm, straightforward, fair and honest and absolutely knows her stuff. She took me from daily stress to daily calm, enabling me to go about my work without worrying about the site’s basic functioning.

Testimonials

I asked Mindee to help me edit a non-fiction book after working with her as a colleague. She did a brilliant job. As an editor, she can scale to your needs — from organizational advice to simple grammar, and she is amazingly good at all of it. Super fast work, and extremely responsive. She rates above perfect (11 out of 10)!

I worked with Mindee at the Kauffman Foundation and she has helped me to edit and work on several pieces of writing. She is attentive to detail, conscientious, and very competent. She was able to turn around quite a bit of work on a short deadline and her edits and remarks greatly improved the papers.

Mindee and I crossed paths several times via the University of Kansas in the past several years. I’ve always been impressed with her personally and professionally. We were graduate students in the Integrated Marketing Communications program a few years ago. She was great to have in class as a peer — collaborative, strategic, and well-rounded in her background.

A few years later, I contracted Mindee as a freelancer to manage, research and write/edit several KU Edwards Campus projects. One of these included a year-long series of KU-sponsored columns in the Kansas City Business Journal. This involved interacting with faculty and administrators, all of whom thoroughly enjoyed working with Mindee and would comment on her professionalism, attention to detail, and quality of work.

It is key to note that all this work was done via email as Mindee was living outside of the U.S. at the time. One would have never known given her punctuality and responsiveness. I highly recommend Mindee as a lead contributor to any project and personally look forward to working with her again.

Monica Delaorra

Director of Recruitment, University of Kansas Edwards Campus

Mindee is extraordinarily good as a copy editor. From catching details that everyone else missed to a knowledge of content, factual analysis, and finding ways to enhance the topic, Mindee is top notch. I can’t recommend her enough.

We have worked really closely with Mindee for years. At this point she owns almost all of our messaging that is visible to the world and we feel like we’re in really great hands. She has an incredible grasp of analytics and metrics and has worked for us across all platforms. 5 stars and 2 thumbs up!

It was such an awesome experience working with Mindee. Her guidance and probing questions in our first conversation gave me confidence and assurance to give the green light. A week later, I have a beautiful website above and beyond what I imagined. No tweak was too small. #nailedit!

Mindee has been a consistent and organized creative subcontractor for HireEducation. I greatly appreciate her ability to turn around projects quickly, her responsiveness to needs, and her professionalism. I can rest assured that Mindee is keeping our social media, thought leadership, and digital presence flowing and on brand!

Jess Weems Thibault

VP of Growth, HireEducation

I have had the pleasure of hiring Mindee on several occasions to build a personal website and a corporate website for a system integration and robotics company.

Mindee is exceptional at what she does. During the project form the corporate website, Mindee uncovered multiple issues with prior work completed by an expensive consulting firm and an outsourced firm located in India. Mindee was able to make the corrections and also build the website exactly as desired by the company.

We recently had several candidates interviewing for positions at the company state that the website provided so much information, and was so well designed, that it convinced them to want to join the company.

We frequently hear positive comments from companies (and our competitors) seeking information on micro-fulfillment and robotics that we have the best website in the industry.

My advice is simple: Regardless of how large or small your company, hire Mindee. She is the only person I recommend for anything related to designing and building websites.

Brittain Ladd

Chief Supply Chain and Marketing Officer, PULSE Integration

Mindee is the smartest, most wonderful person I have ever had the privilege to work with. I often likened her to “Radar” in M*A*S*H – she could anticipate and forecast a task faster than I could ask for it.

Mindee was patient with me in a very emotional business. Where most would have left me perfectly hoisted on my own petard, Mindee rescued me on countless occasions, and held down the office like it was her own during my extended travels. I always knew the business was in good and capable hands when I was away.

Mindee is a terrific copy editor, researcher, and presentation designer – I wouldn’t hesitate to use her again. As I was preparing to submit my nonfiction book, she thoroughly and efficiently reviewed the manuscript for grammatical errors and typos, quickly dug up stray facts, and cheerfully tended to unglamorous but vital tasks such as ensuring that footnotes were formatted correctly. Later, she prepared high-impact PowerPoint presentations that I used in dozens of presentations around the world. She’s a quick study, turns projects around speedily, is extremely tech-savvy, and is a pleasure to work with.

Mindee created a website for my freelance consultancy and working with her was just fantastic. She offered ideas, suggestions, and great feedback on my ideas. Mindee also gave the extra effort to troubleshoot and resolve a couple of tech issues we encountered along the way. I am really happy with the website and I highly recommend working with Mindee!

Cristina Bahr

All I can say is WOW. Mindee was incredibly helpful and extremely patient. I had built my first Divi – Wordpress site by looking at videos and seeking help from the Divi support team, which helped me get the site (mostly) done… THEN problem after problem came up getting the tablet and phone views to look remotely close to the desktop site. I was on a tight deadline and pulling out my hair (what little of it I have remaining :-). Mindee, was so helpful, that I found no time to get this review done, that’s because I learned SO much — I have been setting up the site correctly this time. I only wish I started with her when I first started the site. THANKS MINDEE!

Mindee is a gem! She is extremely responsive, creative, and professional. I just had someone who lives over 2,000 miles from our brewery call to order a gift card for her son, who is moving to Denver, based on her impression of our place of business after perusing our website, which Mindee created.

Mindee also compiles and publishes our monthly newsletter, and our readership has quickly grown. Having a consultant like Mindee is invaluable to any business, big or small, new or established. I highly recommend her services and would hire her again in a heartbeat!

Jennifer Perez

Owner, Cheluna Brewing Co.

Not only did Mindee update my stale website, she completed her work so quickly that I was able to move ahead on some projects earlier than I’d hoped. She is incredibly organized, up-to-date on best practices and features, and has a sharp design eye. Plus, she created a site that is incredibly easy for me to update and manage on my own. In short, I highly recommend her.

During this time, she has provided hundreds of hours of training on dozens of topics and created documentation to support her teachings. She is efficient and effective at completing her deliverables and is a natural problem-solver.

Mindee is not afraid to try something new and she needs very little supervision. She has excelled at course design, training development, and delivery tasks. In addition, she has explored adult learning theories to maximize her classroom presence to ensure a successful and interactive training experience for her students.

Mindee has very strong organizational and time management abilities, two desirable traits for any employee. She has a positive personality and can-do attitude that makes her a joy to work with. At the same time, she displays an innovative mindset. It is my pleasure to be able to work and collaborate with Mindee.

Mindee Forman has been a treasure find for our business, Best Nest Wellness. Besides being a pleasure to work with, she is thorough, on-point, and on time. I first contacted her for editing work that we needed to be done, you know, like “yesterday.” Hiring her pushed us to put out content that was previously sitting and doing nothing for us or our business.

Mindee also set up and handled our Social Media presence – I never had to think about it. She posted great quality content on our channels, and this helped establish our base for growth. Whenever I had a question, she was available to answer them based on her vast experience. I would not hesitate to recommend her to anyone.

Madhavi Gupta

I was fortunate to connect with Mindee recently when my website was completely broken. I rely heavily on my website to acquire clients and needed to get it up and running very quickly. Mindee was calm, empathetic and so responsive. I knew immediately that I was in the best hands with Mindee. She worked to restore my website to 100% of its pre-crashing state (no small feat!). She is now my go-to website professional and HIGHLY recommend her to anyone else that needs help either starting their website or fixing/maintaining their site.

I worked with Mindee Forman in the creation of my first eBook. Not only did Mindee edit my drafts thoroughly, she also went the extra mile by helping me with some of the more technical issues of formatting an eBook (HTML). With Mindee’s help, I was able to focus more on the content of my work without being distracted by the time consuming aspects of publishing. Mindee’s final edit came to me with instructions that I used to upload my book to Kindle Direct Publishing and I was able to do so the same day. I highly recommend Mindee for all editing needs. Her eye lends objective quality to any project. I know she did for mine.

My website was over 10 years old and really needed an update for both aesthetics and functionality. The back end was outdated and the site was continually being hacked. Mindee was very responsive to my requests and helped me get the site back on track. She also taught my support staff how to edit the site so we can make our own minor updates. Thanks Mindee and Mezzo Forte for getting us started with a more stable and secure platform for my Life & Legacy Planning site: lifeandlegacyltd.com.

Kristin Dittus, JD, LLM

Principal Attorney, Life and Legacy Planning

Prior to the pandemic, Mindee volunteered to help with social media, but once we couldn’t meet in person, Mindee took over our entire digital ministry, first by hosting Zoom meetings, posting our content daily to Facebook and YouTube, then she started editing together 20+ parts of pre-recorded worship services, recruiting (and coaching) untrained volunteer participants to provide content, helping to evaluate and choose permanent live streaming equipment, and thinking strategically about the future. She improved our existing website and is always suggesting improvements. The quality of her work is outstanding. She’s quick, pays attention to every detail until she is completely satisfied. And never complains if a small change is requested. We could not have functioned in the digital world without her expertise. Plus, she is a really nice person with whom to work.

Mindee overhauled two of my websites, moving them to new themes and completely redesigning one of them. She communicated consistently throughout the process, recommending more efficient changes, and adding artistic flair where needed. She researched better plugin options and even helped with some Google developer tools. She kept ethical records of her very affordable time, and I would recommend her and hire her again for DenverByFoot.com and EatWalkLearn.com.

I wouldn’t hesitate to hire her for future projects.

Mindee has been helping me out with my various Web sites for a couple of years now and is by far the best webmaster I’ve worked with; She’s responsive, quick to find and solve problems, and retains a sense of humor about her work even when I’m stressed about something breaking. Will definitely continue to work with her in the future!

I first engaged Mindee to design some templates for social media postings, and it was a great experience – very quick and budget-friendly. I then asked her to build a website for my consulting business, and she designed a Word Press site that was just what I wanted (based on a sketch I sent her). She had excellent suggestions and a great eye for detail. She also has the patience of a saint! I really appreciate her ability to walk me through the ‘back end’ so I can make changes/updates moving forward. Mindee is a great communicator and I look forward to working with her on other projects.

I recently co-directed the Diana International Research Conference in Kansas City, an event sponsored and hosted by the Kauffman Foundation. For the past year, I worked closely with Mindee who managed the process of abstract and paper submission (93 papers), reviewing (more than 50 reviewers), acceptance of papers, scheduling of papers and program development. I have never worked with anyone so responsive, detailed oriented and meticulous at overseeing details of an ever-changing event. Not only does she have a conceptual view of how the submission platform worked, but also a tactical understanding of the nuances of the software and system applications.

Besides the paper submission process, she handled all the notifications and communications to the multiple authors (many of whom were from other countries). Her communications were always exceedingly polite. On a personal level, she was wonderful to work with because of her efficiency, sense of humor and exceptional organization skills. I would HIGHLY recommend Mindee!

I worked closely with Mindee over the course of two years when she, as a volunteer, took on the daunting task of PTA president at our school. She easily worked as hard, smart, and fast as any of the paid employees, and her quality of work was second-to-none. She was both focused and very open to exploring new ideas, and got along well with a variety of colorful personalities. All of this in addition to running her own business. She’s a woman who is willing to put in the time an energy to do things right.

Over those two years, Mindee and I became friends, which I think speaks as highly of her as anything. At the end of the day, she’s someone you want to have on your team, whether you’re working together or not. I highly recommend her in any capacity as I know that she’ll do whatever it takes to get any job done.
