Prior to the pandemic, Mindee volunteered to help with social media, but once we couldn’t meet in person, Mindee took over our entire digital ministry, first by hosting Zoom meetings, posting our content daily to Facebook and YouTube, then she started editing together 20+ parts of pre-recorded worship services, recruiting (and coaching) untrained volunteer participants to provide content, helping to evaluate and choose permanent live streaming equipment, and thinking strategically about the future. She improved our existing website and is always suggesting improvements. The quality of her work is outstanding. She’s quick, pays attention to every detail until she is completely satisfied. And never complains if a small change is requested. We could not have functioned in the digital world without her expertise. Plus, she is a really nice person with whom to work.

I first engaged Mindee to design some templates for social media postings, and it was a great experience – very quick and budget-friendly. I then asked her to build a website for my consulting business, and she designed a Word Press site that was just what I wanted (based on a sketch I sent her). She had excellent suggestions and a great eye for detail. She also has the patience of a saint! I really appreciate her ability to walk me through the ‘back end’ so I can make changes/updates moving forward. I worked closely with Mindee over the course of two years when she, as a volunteer, took on the daunting task of PTA president at our school. She easily worked as hard, smart, and fast as any of the paid employees, and her quality of work was second-to-none. She was both focused and very open to exploring new ideas, and got along well with a variety of colorful personalities. All of this in addition to running her own business. She’s a woman who is willing to put in the time an energy to do things right.

Over those two years, Mindee and I became friends, which I think speaks as highly of her as anything. At the end of the day, she’s someone you want to have on your team, whether you’re working together or not. Mindee Forman has been a treasure find for our business, Best Nest Wellness. Besides being a pleasure to work with, she is thorough, on-point, and on time.
