Tricia Houston is the owner of Lending Maven Mortgage in Denver.
Since 2018, I have aided her with several different projects for Lending Maven, the Central Park Community Garage Sale, Homes for Heroes, and the Isabella Bird Community School Council.

Websites
In 2018, I redesigned and updated content for the Isabella Bird Community School Council (like their PTA) website on Wix. I trained Council members on how to edit and update the site and they’ve primarily managed it since then.
Later that year, she also had me create two sites for Homes for Heroes, a mortgage program for veterans (these sites are no longer live).
In 2019, she had me create two pages for her Lending Maven Mortgage site for the new Aurora Highlands and Painted Prairie neighborhoods in Central Park.
Then in 2022, Tricia took over sponsoring the Central Park Community Garage Sale and had me create a website for the event that included a registration form and interactive sale map. I continue to update this for her each spring.
Design
I created new logos for Tricia for both her primary business, Lending Maven Mortgage (2019), and for a project of that business, the updated Central Park Community Garage Sale (2021). I also created social media graphics for the CP Garage Sale for 2021 and 2023.
Signup Forms and Interactive Maps
The Central Park Community Garage Sale includes an interactive sale map each year based on the signup form. Each year, I create the signup form and then the map based off the form. More than 300 families participate in the sale each year.
